The Team SNECI

SNECI’s team is made up of talented men and women with diverse backgrounds and skill sets. SNECI employs experts in Strategy, Purchasing, Business Development, Project Management, Quality, Supply Chain and Aftermarket, with very diverse professional backgrounds coming from over ten countries. This diversity of talent allows us to understand our clients and bring them customized solutions anywhere in the world.
 

MANAGEMENT TEAM

FRANCE

Isabelle BAILLY, Chairman
Managing SNECI group for 20 years, Isabelle has transformed SNECI from a French sales rep company to an international group offering different services to improve customer-supplier relations globally. Isabelle has more than 30 years of experience in international business relations in the automotive industry, including 10 years with AlliedSignal as Product Manager and Director of Foreign Affiliates.
 
Hervé CHAMPION, Business Development Director
Hervé has served as Business Development Director for SNECI since 2001. He leads the Business Development practice. Prior to joining SNECI, he spent three years at FIAT, four years at Magneti Marelli and four years at Valeo. He is an engineering graduate of ENSAM.
 
Bertrand MARIE, Key Account Director
Bertrand has been a Director at SNECI since 1988. He leads the Project Management practice. He has more than 20 years experience in the chassis and mechanics business, including four years at Volkswagen and four years at Montupet.

Sheila SMERTNIK, Customer Business Director
Sheila leads the Strategy and Market Study practice at SNECI. She has more than 30 years of experience in the international automotive industry. Prior to joining SNECI, Sheila served as European Sales and Marketing Director at AlliedSignal-Bendix, Bosch’s Chassis division and JTEKT/Koyo. She is a Business graduate of McGill University in Canada and HEC in France.
 
Albano CONDE, Project and Quality Manager
Albano manages the direction of Quality and Projects at SNECI. He has an excellent understanding of methodologies and quality processes which enables him to train suppliers in the process of project quality for clients, from the RFQ phase through the serial life. Previously, Albano spent 30 years at Wagon Automotive as a Quality Director, where he led the Quality practice at industrial and customer sites. He is an expert in crisis management. He is a specialist of stamping and assembly processes.

Marcel DORN, Director, Finance and Administration
Marcel Dorn, from Germany, is Director, Finance and Administration. His 15 years of experience at Brose, a global German supplier, as Director Controlling, and then Director Finance and Administration, will enable SNECI to speed-up its worldwide growth. He represents SNECI at the French-German Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Management Committee. He graduated in European Business Management from Münster's Fachhochschule, and earned an MBA from the University of Bradford.
 
Erika LONGO, Manager for Training Activities
Erika leads the Training practice at SNECI. She has 10 years of experience in the international automotive industry in sales administration for serial production and supply chain.
 
Di PENG, Aftermarket Manager
Di leads the Aftermarket practice at SNECI. She has 11 years of automotive experience. Prior to joining SNECI, Di worked at Delphi and Renault. Di earned a Bachelors degree in International Commerce from Wuhan University in China and an MBA in Supply Chain Management from HEC in France.


CHINA

Stanislas BAILLY, Managing Director SNECI China
Stanislas joined SNECI in 2010 as Project and Operations Manager in charge of finance. He was recently appointed Asia Managing Director, responsible for opening new SNECI offices in Shanghai and Hong Kong. Prior to joining SNECI, he worked several months in the transport industry in China and three years at JP Morgan in Hong Kong. Stanislas is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and earned a Masters of Science from MIT and an MBA from INSEAD.


KOREA

Jeff SEOL, Managing Director SNECI Korea
Jeff has been at SNECI since the opening of SNECI Korea in 2007. He has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, primarily in Asia as Sales Manager at Magna in charge of Korean OEMs, and also as Purchasing Manager at Nissan. He is an Industrial Engineering graduate from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in Australia.


CENTRAL & EASTERN EUROPE

Michal MATUSEK, Manager SNECI Central & Eastern Europe
Michal has been in charge of business development since 2007 at SNECI Central & Eastern Europe, which has trained more than 120 automotive companies. He is a former Lay-out Engineer and Project Manager at PSA Peugeot Citroen and Production Manager at TRW Automotive. Michal is a Mechanical Engineering and Professional MBA Automotive Industry graduate from the Technical University of Vienna.
