As part of its Business Development activity, SNECI assisted a renowned Italian supplier to enter the supplier panel of a French OEM, which allowed to validate its project to create a plant in Morocco, a new market for this supplier.
Thanks to its expertise in the OEM’s procedures and its proximity – through its subsidiary SNECI MEA – SNECI has been able to establish a relationship of trust between the supplier and the OEM. SNECI experts were able to carry out the necessary audits to ensure the conformity of its customer with the requirements of the OEM, and SNECI will continue to make the technical and commercial link with the supplier until its implementation.
Some of these sub-assemblies have been renewed by the OEM on another vehicle model produced in Europe. In this context, the supplier won an additional order to meet the new needs of this carry-over.
Overall, SNECI has enabled this supplier to win with this new customer multi-year contracts of more than 10 million euros per year.
