SNECI is rated “SILVER” by EcoVadis for its CSR performance

SNECI is pleased to announce that we have passed the EcoVadis sustainability assessment in 2021 and have been awarded a Silver Medal rating in recognition of our Corporate Social Responsibility practices.

With over 75,000 companies assessed all over the world, EcoVadis is one of the largest and most trusted business sustainability ratings providers nowadays.

This Silver medal was awarded to us to acknowledge our Environmental, Social, and Ethical performance. This result places SNECI within the top 25% of companies evaluated by the platform.

As a part of its Environmental practices, SNECI has implemented various measures to reduce its CO2 emissions and educate its employees on energy savings. We are also implementing different procedures to limit our consumption and better manage our waste.

Moreover, as a socially responsible business, SNECI, currently led by a woman, is committed to promoting gender equality at the workplace. We make sure that both women and men have equal possibility to occupy key positions within our company. Today, women are accounted for over 30% of our workforce. Still, we strive to keep this percentage increasing over the next years.

The goal of our Human Resources policy is to continuously improve the well-being of all our employees. That is why we have put in place an onboarding program for newcomers alongside a discrimination-free recruitment process based on diversity and gender equality paradigms. We are proud to say that SNECI unites today 20 different nationalities.
