Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Logistic Cost & Flow readiness project leader (H/F), poste à pourvoir dès que possible dans le cadre d'un contrat CDI.

Mission

Finalité du poste :

1-Description of the objectives and purposes of the services:

 Manages the team of flows analysts and logistics cost analysts (5 resources)

Provide to Purchasing Logistic targeted Costs during the Sourcing Phase for all parts

Ensures handover to IRF for the scope of OVS flows after supplier choice

Guarantees the robustness of supplier analysis and quotations for all new sourcing and evolutions in term of logistics data after supplier choice (ECR management)

Manages escalation with Suppler project Manager & Purchasing for Serial Life price convergence

Coordinates flow and packaging activities of all the Inbound scope

Guarantees s the availability and robustness of logistics data for inbound flows and good maturity for flows readiness.

2-Description of the corresponding DELIVERABLES and date of receipt:

Ensures the quality and compliance with deadlines of logistics deliverables

Ensures the synthesis flow developments (technical data and costs)

Ensures the implementation and update of the “Parts List” tool after SHRM

Ensures the robustness of inbound flow logistics costs for project milestones and their validation by all stakeholders. Produces a forecast and a risk/opportunity vision.

Costing in Development phase focused on main commodities high costs, main scope evolution

Milestone Project Costing updated with main high costs commodities/scope evolution 

Detailed partlist starting from SRHM

Costing in Industrialization phase based on a detailed partlist

Ensures the robustness of Inbound transport KPIs

Guarantees the calculation of loop size and standard packaging needs

Ensures the calculation of standard packaging needs

Guarantees the availability and robustness of logistics datas for inbound flows as part of the transfer process to Serial Life logistics and good maturity for flow readiness (supplier warehouse ,EDI set-up, Small boxes, COFOR & Part numbers robustness)

Transport workshop SOP-12 months to ensure transport cost performance & serial life hand-over

Profil

English Fluent , Bright Test B2 level.

Excel, Powerpoint

experience in Transport & Supply Chain management

 2 - 4 years experiences in Project Management
