Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Capacity Manager (H/F), poste à pourvoir dès que possible dans le cadre d'un contrat CDI.

Mission

Finalité du poste :

-   Monitor the production capacity of the suppliers of his/her perimeter

-   Update IT systems and tools (CMF, SCR/GST,…) to make sure that this capacity is taken into account in the production plan (monthly, weekly, and daily)

-   Detect bottlenecks and propose adjustments to tackle them (capacity increase, production calendar, mix change…)

-   Define with the suppliers the production scenario (number of shifts, calendar) to meet the capacity and ensure the feasibility of the production plan

-  Take part of the studies to increase the capacity, together with other stakeholders (purchasing, engineering…)

-   Update monthly the components’ allocations in the IT systems according to capacity (MPS cycle)

-    Analyze the situations where there is ‘overrun’ (capacity exceeded) and manage this situation with crisis team and the suppliers

-   Run and rate follow-up in relation with Suppliers’ Quality team

-   Preparation and releasing of files for suppliers on B2B portal

 Therefore the Capacity Manager is accountable for :

-    The right information of the capacity of the suppliers of his/her perimeter

-    The feasibility of the production plan (MPS)

-     The studies of capacity increase

 Main relations with:

-   Suppliers

-    Plants

-    Purchasing

-    Supply planning

-     Demand planning

-     Engineering (project teams)

-     Orders releasers

Profil

• Speak English (and French if possible)  

  Fluency in English, Bright Test B2 level.

  -                     Interest for automotive industry and logistic

  -                     Capacity and eagerness to solve problems with transversal approach

  -                     Data management/analysis

  -                     Good communication (clear presentation of the issue / proposal)

  -                     Agility, endurance, hard working

  -                     Experience: 2 years experience

  -                     Excel master (pivot table, macro, shared source,...)

  -                     Bachelor + 5
