Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Packaging specialist (H/F), poste à pourvoir dès que possible dans le cadre d'un contrat CDI.

Mission

Finalité du poste :

·       Customers requests follow up (shipment and delivery & Urgent)

o   Daily shipment, delivery monitoring & crisis

o   Claims management

o   Alternative packaging shipment

·       Containers orders booking

·       Accounting management

o   Rental draft report analisys

o   Monitoring and correction of trend & negative stock balance

o   Supplier location/code change management (set up & update)

·       Yearly Inventory process

·       Contracts mgmt for packaging rental

o   i-Fast commercial referent vs Purchasing across the sourcing process

o   Contract proposal, explanation and agreement

o   Life contract maintenance: customer change, new requirements, side letter agreement…

·       New customers: training, set up and onboarding

o   New customers training and certification on rules, ICT systems and operations

o   Load and update of contractual parameter in SAP masterdata

·       Packaging asset management (Repair, needs evaluation, RFQ)

 

Profil

• ·       Multi-tasking

  ·       System-focused & technical orientation

  ·       Cross functional position (relation to Customers, purchasing, packaging, logistic, Quality)

  ·       All Stellantis plants as customers

• Between 2 & 3 years experience

  PAckaging flows and business model

• Ø  Packaging knowledge, English, competences in logistics and supply chain.

  Ø  Fluency in English, Bright Test B2 level.
