Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Outbound Flow Manager(H/F), poste à pourvoir dès que possible dans le cadre d'un contrat CDI.

Mission

Finalité du poste :

-                     Monitor Regional Vehicle operations reports and dashboard

-                     Manage Logistic operations for dedicated region from Plant to delivery

o   Follow data from Production plan and follow bookings done by Control tower/Logistic Provider from Logistics Providers (LP)

o   Follow Pre-transport plan and realizations with Control Tower/Logistic Provider to the related ports

o   Monitor transport capacity (road, rail, sea)

-                     Prepare Daily/Weekly reports of LogisticPlan/Realisations

-                     Prepare Spot Buy request to mitigate the issues

Profil

-                     speak English at professional level (and Italien or French if possible)

-                     Fluency in English, Bright Test B2 level.

-                     interest for automotive industry and logistic

-                     capacity and eagerness to solve problems with transversal approach

-                     data management/analysis

-                     good communication (clear presentation of the issue / proposal)

-                     Agility, endurance, hard working

-                     experience: 3 years experience

-                     Excel master (pivot table, macro, shared source,...)

-                     Bachelor + 5
