Dans le cadre du développement de son activité, notre filiale marocaine cherche un(e) Supplier Quality Engineer (H/F) à pourvoir dès que possible dans le cadre d'un contrat CDI .

Mission

Objectif de la mission : The SQE is company representative for suppliers’ plants. she / he is responsible for the supplier industrial performance in mass production and supplier readiness during launch phases.

 Scope is covering plant readiness during launch phase, inbound Quality, production capacity, In field quality

During supplier selection:

 •Provide SQD plant assessment on new suppliers’ plant according to NSA (New Supplier Assessment)

•Provide to CQC, supplier plant industrial performance for current suppliers

 During development

•Manage the industrialization of parts during development phase and ensure the consistency of suppliers requested deliverables during development phase.

•Accountable for Supplier readiness at launch

•Manage the greenfield (new supplier plant)

•Contribute to Qualification of Product and Process for parts or suppliers flagged with high risks => see project RASI.

•Measure the production capacity installed by suppliers according to data given by project buyer

•Implement preventive and curative actions to improve industrial performance robustness of suppliers

 Serial life/mass production

•Ensure the industrial performances of suppliers’ sites and manage continuous improvement in mass production.

•During major quality event, as yard hold, Field action, …) is leading action plan, manage supplier to identify root causes, and implement relevant actions to protect Stellantis plant and Stellantis final customers (control shipping, palliatives, correctives action...).

•Check that lessons learned and risks are taken into account by commodity Quality Champions.

•Perform regular audit to risky suppliers (1 or 2 per year according with risk assessment)

Profil

Atouts :

Education level: Engineer from an accredited university.

English – TOEIC 750

 Technical Experience: 5 years of quality, manufacturing

Quality methods and toolbox operational practice,

Process knowledge: project/program management, industrialization processes for the concerned technical scope, supply chain

 Leadership, results oriented, Able to represent Stellantis in front of Supplier plant director.
