Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) "Continuous improvement specialist (H/F), poste à pourvoir dès que possible dans le cadre d'un contrat CDI.

Mission

Finalité du poste :

The mission is to optimize the Total Production Cost for vehicles or powertrains in Serial Life, with continuous improvement

 These are the main tasks:

-        Participate at Monozukuri workshops, on sites and suppliers plants, to identify, analyze, measure and implement Supply Chain ideas to optimize the Total Landed Cost (packaging optimization, flows optimization, transport optimization, internal logistics flows optimization, …). That for, as Supply Chain representative, he has to propose breaking off or optimization actions for logistics subjects. Finally, he takes the lead to realize the logistic actions plan after the workshops to achieve objectives of the Group on savings.

-        Also organize logistics Gemba walks

-        Manage and update the ideas portfolio(from suppliers, Monozukuri workshops, Gemba walks, plants, good practices …)with the appropriate tools

-        Manage regular meetings with all stakeholders

-        Manage regular Value Optimization meetings with some suppliers to follow up their VO portfolio on all Supply Chain topics, challenging them to find new ideas

-        Share with peers best practices and do benchmark

 

Profil

. Good knowledge of industrial logistics and supply chain especially in Automotive industry

. Engineer

. Between 2 and 3 years of experience

. Fluent in English- Fluency in English, Bright Test B2 level

. Dynamism, rigor, seriousness, tenacity
