Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Outbound Troubleshooting Manager (H/F), poste à pourvoir dès que possible dans le cadre d'un contrat CDI.

Mission

Finalité du poste :

-                     Monitor Regional Vehicle operations reports and dashboard

-                     Manage all troubles on Logistic operations for dedicated region from Plant to delivery region 

o   Monitor all productions results and real stock status in plant compounds, compounds, POL and POD ports daily basis, insure all cars to right places in the systems.

o   Execute all trouble demands coming from Flow and Precarriage Managers, with related support services (IT , customs, system supports ),

o   Insure the good executions of paper works and system management of the cars moving in the region

o   Monitor aging reports of the cars and follow and push which are not delivered more then 60 days , report to related departments to and follow them till to deliveries

o   Monitor quality reports of the cars and follow and push which are able to repair/deliver to the customer in time

-                     Prepare Daily/Weekly reports of Trouble Resolvation Delivery Plan/Realisations

 

Profil

-                     speak English (and French if possible)

-                     Fluency in English, Bright Test B2 level.

-                     interest for automotive industry and logistic

-                     capacity and eagerness to solve problems with transversal approach

-                     data management/analysis

-                     good communication (clear presentation of the issue / proposal)

-                     Agility, endurance, hard working

-                     experience: 3 years experience

-                     Excel master (pivot table, macro, shared source,...)

-                     Bachelor + 5
