Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Sales Quality Pilot (H/F), poste à pourvoir dès que possible dans le cadre d'un contrat CDI.

Mission

Finalité du poste :

 The activity consists in the management of the quality claims.

 These are the main tasks:

-        Analyze the claims received from the customer or the LP/SP

-        Looks for the root causes

-        Validation of the claims

-        Communication of the return with the Customer or the SP/LP

-        Follow up the cost recovery

Profil

 Languages known: Fluent in English written and spoken (mandatory)

Fluency in English, Bright Test B2 level.

 Knowledge of Quality, Solving Problem Methods, Lean tools, audit process

 Knowledge of purchasing and supplier relationship, information confidentiality mastery

2 or 3 years of experience
