SNECI in charge of “Supplier Quality Files in Project Development”
Renault strengthens its activities in development phase, in order to identify, manage and clear the Quality risks of its suppliers.
SNECI’s experience in product-process development and Quality methods and tools are real assets for Renault. It allows SNECI to propose deliverables to the French OEM including:
- Proposals with justifications, for each project milestone
- Assessment of suppliers’ risks from the project start
- Manage the clearing of supplier quality risks through risk management plan
Since August 2016, SNECI is also the Quality Representative for Renault in Eastern Europe, with a team based in Poland and Slovakia since August 2016.
