The APQP process is very known to Arkal as it is the common framework of procedures and technics used to develop part in the automotive industry.
That being said, the trainer seemed to be very experienced and was able to convey a very good mixture of theoretical, practical and learning activities during the training session focusing on PSA working method.
The training had a significant impact on the way Arkal needs to approach running but also future projects and had definitely changed the state of mind of all involved.
In short, the training objectives were clearly explained and achieved and we are very appreciative that it was available at SNECI.
