Supplier Quality assessment: SNECI’s new mission for Renault East Europe

Last July Renault East Europe has entrusted SNECI auditing and monitoring of quality processes at its 400 East-European-based suppliers.

SNEC has provided Renault with a team of 10 quality control managers that are specialized in process audit management and have a specific knowledge of Renault’s project management tools and methods.

Within the framework of this mission, SNECI is in charge of reviewing the Renault suppliers in the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia in order to improve their quality levels. This approach is in line with Renault’s strategy to use Quality as a performance lever in view of increasing customer satisfaction.
