SNECI industrializes an assembly process

SNECI, specialized in speeding up industrial and commercial performance for the automotive industry internationally, designed an assembly line for aluminum wheels alongside the logistic process, allowing to deliver directly to the plant of a major OEM in the North of France.

This important project was achieved thanks to robust project management localized close to both the OEM and the wheel supplier.

For SNECI, this is the first « complete Supply Chain project ». It included the integration of all manufacturing means and process, scheduling, management of upstream and downstream flows, and management of the quality.

This industrial approach is a part of the development strategy of SNECI’s activities, to meet the needs of the plants of both the OEMs and Tier1 suppliers.
